The Trotters, recently elevated to the second tier of English football, have inked a sponsorship pact with gaming company Betfred for a duration of two seasons. The partnership will feature Betfred’s insignia prominently displayed on the team’s jerseys and throughout their home venue, the 28,500-seat University of Bolton Stadium.
Notably, Bolton will also assume the mantle of the inaugural financial trading associate for Tradefred, Betfred’s recently unveiled currency exchange platform.
Bolton’s chairman, Ken Anderson, conveyed his delight, extending a warm welcome to Betfred as they join their “expanding and prominent network of collaborators.” He emphasized Betfred’s standing as a premier wagering brand in the UK, deeply rooted in North West England, the club’s home region.
Fred Done, the founder and chief executive of Betfred, reciprocated the sentiment, expressing their enthusiasm for resuming their role as primary sponsors at the University of Bolton Stadium, having previously served as the club’s official wagering partner. He commended Bolton’s collaborative spirit and the seamless execution of the agreement.
