GiG has inked a pact with a top casino conglomerate in North Macedonia to assist them in transferring their operations to the digital realm.
GiG, a gaming innovation enterprise, will be furnishing its platform, front-end development, and managed media services to K.A.K. DOO Skopje (KAK). KAK operates two LeGrand casinos in Skopje and Bitola, the capital of North Macedonia.
KAK is applying for one of the nation’s new online permits and has signed an agreement with GiG to commence its digital operations, which are anticipated to begin early in the coming year.
The final accord is projected to be signed in August 2020 and will encompass a fixed fee and revenue sharing framework.

The Macedonian administration has consistently maintained strict control over internet gambling, but now they’re allowing brick-and-mortar casinos to seek online permits. These permits must mirror their physical operations. KAK, with their LeGrand Casino featuring slots and table games, will be among the few in North Macedonia to offer both online and offline experiences.
